1. Parties, beta status, eligibility
“Silvia AI” is the operator of Supra; “you” includes the accepting individual and an organization that individual is authorized to bind. Supra is a free pre-commercial beta. The operator’s complete contracting-entity identity and postal address have not yet been published. Until they are published and any necessary commercial agreement is signed, Supra may not be used for paid professional deliverables, regulated submissions, safety-critical release, or production manufacturing decisions. Legal contact: hello@silviaai.dev.
You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live, have capacity and authority, and not be legally barred from use. Supra is not offered to children.
2. Nature of Supra and required human oversight
Supra creates and edits CAD, drawings, assemblies, analyses, electronics, code, and related engineering artifacts using deterministic tools and probabilistic AI. It can misunderstand, hallucinate, omit requirements, use the wrong units or frame, create unsafe or unmanufacturable geometry, miss interference and tolerance failures, configure analyses incorrectly, select unsuitable components or materials, generate vulnerable firmware, and confidently report an incorrect result.
Supra is not a professional engineer, architect, physician, regulator, certification authority, test lab, safety officer, patent lawyer, or export adviser. Labels such as “verified,” “passed,” and “release” only describe the recorded software checks and their stated inputs. They are not certification, conformity assessment, a seal, or approval to manufacture.
You remain responsible for independent competent review of requirements, geometry, loads, assumptions, materials, tolerances, interfaces, electronics, code, standards, hazards, tests, and evidence. Real-world use requires appropriate design reviews, traceability, prototypes, physical validation, quality systems, and human release authority.
3. License and restrictions
Subject to the incorporated policies, Silvia AI grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable beta license for lawful evaluation, education, and internal design work. This is not a sale. The current free beta requires no Supra account, entitlement, subscription, or device authorization.
Except for non-waivable statutory rights or rights in separately licensed open-source components, you may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, host, mirror, post, or provide Supra as a hosted service; remove notices or provenance; defeat safety, verification, or update controls; extract proprietary weights or datasets; attack or probe the app, relay, updater, release infrastructure, or users; introduce malware; misrepresent output as certified or human-authored; use unauthorized provider keys; or use Supra to create a competing hosted product. You may make a reasonable backup solely for your own authorized use where law permits.
4. User content, outputs, and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. To the extent permitted by law, you may use output generated for you. AI output may be non-exclusive, uncopyrightable, similar to other work, inaccurate, or subject to patents, copyright, design rights, trade secrets, licenses, privacy, publicity, and export restrictions. No originality, non-infringement, patentability, or freedom to operate is promised.
You represent that you have permission to process every file, model, scan, image, specification, person’s data, mark, and confidential item you submit. You handle license compliance, attribution, source provenance, component provenance, patent searches, and confidentiality. Supra’s proprietary code, models, prompts, datasets, interfaces, and brands remain with Silvia AI or licensors; third-party components retain their licenses. Feedback may be used without identifying you. Project content is not used for shared-model training by Silvia AI without a separate explicit opt-in.
5. Local data, model providers, and costs
Projects and artifacts are local by default. The current free beta has no Supra account or cloud sync. Keep independent neutral exports and backups.
AI features are not offline. Supra may transmit prompts, conversation, requirements, parameters, code excerpts, measurements, tool context/results, and selected images, drawings, snapshots, or renders to Anthropic, OpenAI, or a configured relay. Update checks contact GitHub release infrastructure. Your chosen provider’s contract, retention, training choices, usage rules, region limits, and fees also apply.
Supra is currently a free beta. You remain responsible for charges imposed by your chosen model provider. Supported stored credentials use operating-system-backed encryption when available. Use dedicated, low-privilege, capped, revocable provider credentials. Other software running as you, malware, or administrators may still read them during an active session.
The Privacy Policy states data categories, purposes, recipients, retention, transfers, security, and rights. You must provide notices and obtain permissions for personal data in your projects. Do not process classified, export-controlled, health, biometric, payment, authentication, children’s, or similarly sensitive data without an approved legal/security workflow and suitable provider agreements.
6. Safety, acceptable use, and regulated work
The Safety & Acceptable Use Policy is binding. Do not use Supra for unlawful harm, evasion of safeguards, malware, prohibited weapons or proliferation, unlawful surveillance, privacy/civil-rights violations, impersonation, or manufacture despite unresolved hard failures.
Supra cannot be the sole authority for flight hardware, road/rail vehicles, pressure/lifting systems, implants, medical or life-support devices, nuclear systems, critical infrastructure, firearms, energetics, hazardous machinery, or other systems where failure could cause death, injury, environmental harm, rights violations, or major loss. Obtain competent professionals, independent V&V, risk management, approvals, and physical evidence.
You determine and comply with all codes, standards, permits, product-safety rules, environmental and workplace laws, accessibility, AI regulation, electrical/radio/cybersecurity requirements, professional licensing, quality systems, procurement restrictions, and conformity-assessment obligations.
7. Export controls and sanctions
Supra, technical data, AI services, cryptography, designs, and output may be controlled. You represent that you and controlling parties are not restricted and will not export, re-export, release, transfer, or use them for prohibited destinations, parties, or end uses without authorization. You must screen end users, end uses, destinations, sanctions, and deemed exports and obtain licenses. These Terms are not a classification or license.
8. Beta changes, downloads, updates, and availability
Features may be unfinished, changed, rate-limited, reset, suspended, or removed. Keep independent backups and neutral exports. We do not promise availability, compatibility, support, recovery, or continued service.
Official installers are currently delivered as public GitHub release artifacts after the website clickwrap. Public delivery means the installer can be copied. Published hashes help detect tampering; obtain software only through the official Supra website or the official LinusDaniel77/supra-releases repository.
Supra checks for updates. Updates can replace code and the bundled runtime. Installation is user-controlled unless clearly disclosed. Security, legal, or compatibility updates may become required for networked functionality. Material new terms require renewed acceptance; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Warranties, liability, and business indemnity
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPRA AND ALL OUTPUTS AND INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SAFETY, AVAILABILITY, AND CORRECTION OF ERRORS—ARE DISCLAIMED. Nothing excludes a non-waivable consumer remedy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVIA AI AND CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS; LOST DATA, DESIGNS, PROFITS, PRODUCTION, OR GOODWILL; PRODUCT RECALL; SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; THIRD-PARTY FEES; OR INJURY/PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM AN UNVERIFIED DESIGN. Aggregate beta liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or amounts paid directly to Silvia AI for Supra in the preceding 12 months. The cap does not apply where law forbids limitation, including as applicable fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
If you are a business and law permits, you will defend and indemnify Silvia AI against third-party claims caused by your unlawful content/use, manufactured product, infringement, or missing required approval, excluding Silvia AI’s own unlawful conduct. This does not apply to consumers where prohibited.
10. Termination, disputes, and general provisions
You may terminate by uninstalling and stopping use. Silvia AI may terminate for material breach, dangerous/unlawful use, attacks, or legal requirements, with notice/cure where practicable and safe. Local data is not automatically deleted on termination.
Contact hello@silviaai.dev for 30-day good-faith resolution before proceedings unless urgent relief or deadlines apply. There is no mandatory arbitration, class waiver, or selected forum in this beta; claims may be filed in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer and privacy law remains effective. The CISG is excluded where lawful.
These incorporated policies are the complete beta agreement. Unenforceable terms are narrowed while the rest survives. No waiver arises from delay. Assignment by you requires consent; Silvia AI may assign with a product/company transaction subject to law and privacy notice. English controls where lawful. Electronic acceptance is effective.
